Unbubly(以下「本サイト」)は、世界の珍事件・人物・歴史・意外な知識を読むフィード形式で提供するサービスです。運営者(以下「運営者」)は、利用者の情報を次のとおり取り扱います。
1. 取得する情報
アカウント・個人情報:本サイトに会員登録やログインはありません。氏名、メールアドレスなどの個人情報の入力を求めることはありません。
アクセス情報(Google アナリティクス):本サイトは利用状況を把握し改善するため、Google LLC の「Google アナリティクス」を利用しています。Cookie 等を用いて、閲覧ページ、閲覧環境(ブラウザ・端末の種類・言語)、おおよその地域、流入元などが匿名の形で収集されます。これらの情報から個人を特定することはありません。収集されたデータは Google のプライバシーポリシーに従って管理されます。
Google による利用方法は Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用 をご覧ください。Cookie は、ブラウザの設定で無効にできます。また Google アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオン でも、計測を無効にできます。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
表示言語の選択や、「保存」「ハート」の状態は、お使いのブラウザ(localStorage)にのみ保存されます。運営者のサーバーには送信されません。ブラウザのデータを消去すると削除されます。
アプリ版(Android / iOS):アプリ版でも、これらの設定は端末内にのみ保存され、運営者のサーバーには送信されません。アプリは話の内容を取得するため unbubly.com に接続します(このとき、配信元の Vercel Inc. が IP アドレス等のサーバーログを処理します)。アプリ版には会員登録・ログインがなく、Google アナリティクスなどの利用状況の計測、位置情報・連絡先・写真などへのアクセスはありません。アプリには広告(Google AdMob)を表示します。詳しくは「5. 広告について」をご覧ください。
3. 利用目的
取得した情報は、サービスの利用状況の分析、表示内容や機能の改善、不具合の調査のためにのみ利用します。
4. 第三者提供・外部サービス
法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者へ提供しません。本サイトは Vercel Inc. のサービスで配信されており、アクセス時にはサーバーログ(IP アドレス等)が同社により処理されます。
5. 広告について
Web サイト:本サイトでは、Google LLC の広告サービス「Google AdSense」により、広告を表示することがあります(審査・準備の状況により、表示されない期間があります)。Google などの第三者配信事業者は、Cookie や広告 ID などを使用して、利用者が本サイトや他のサイトに過去にアクセスした際の情報に基づいて広告を配信することがあります。欧州経済領域(EEA)・英国などでは、同意確認の画面を表示し、同意の内容に従って広告を配信します。

アプリ(Android):アプリでは、Google LLC の広告サービス「Google AdMob」により、話の合間に広告を表示します。広告の配信と効果測定のため、AdMob が端末の広告 ID、IP アドレス、端末・アプリの情報などを取得・利用することがあります。これらは Google のプライバシーポリシーに従って管理され、運営者が個人を特定することはありません。
欧州経済領域(EEA)・英国などでは、初回起動時に同意確認の画面(Google の同意管理プラットフォーム)を表示し、同意の内容に従って広告を配信します。同意はアプリ内の表示から、また広告のパーソナライズは端末の設定(Android の「設定 > Google > 広告」)から、いつでも変更・無効化できます。詳しくは Google の広告に関するポリシー をご覧ください。

Unbubly ("the Site") is a reading feed of unusual events, people, history and unexpected facts. This policy explains how the operator ("we") handles information.
1. Information we collect
Accounts and personal information: The Site has no registration or login, and we do not ask you for your name, email address or other personal information.
Usage data (Google Analytics): To understand and improve the Site, we use Google Analytics provided by Google LLC. Using cookies and similar technologies, it collects data such as pages viewed, browser/device type, language, approximate location and referral source in a form that does not identify you personally. The data is handled under Google's privacy policy.
See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
2. Information stored on your device
Your language choice and your "save" and "heart" selections are stored only in your browser (localStorage). They are not sent to our servers and are removed when you clear your browser data.
Mobile apps (Android / iOS): In the apps, these settings are also stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers. The apps connect to unbubly.com to fetch stories (Vercel Inc., which delivers the Site, processes server logs such as IP addresses). The apps have no registration or login, no usage analytics such as Google Analytics, and no access to your location, contacts or photos. The apps show advertising (Google AdMob); see "5. Advertising".
3. How we use information
We use the information only to analyze usage, improve content and features, and investigate problems.
4. Sharing and third-party services
We do not share the information with third parties except where required by law. The Site is delivered by Vercel Inc., which processes server logs (such as IP addresses) when you access the Site.
5. Advertising
Website: The website may show ads through Google AdSense (Google LLC); ads may not appear at times while the service is under review or being set up. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies and advertising identifiers to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site or other sites. In the European Economic Area, the UK and similar regions, a consent screen is shown and ads are served according to your choice.
You can turn off personalized ads in Google's Ads Settings. See Google's advertising policies.
App (Android): The app shows ads between stories using Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address and device/app information. This data is handled under Google's privacy policy, and we do not identify you personally.
In the European Economic Area, the UK and similar regions, a consent screen (Google's consent management platform) is shown on first launch, and ads are served according to your choice. You can reset ad personalization at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads). See Google's advertising policies.
