A fake coaching quote preceded a winning runSourced
'I'll coach seriously now,' said a fake post.
Then the team started winning.
Parody account NBACentel invented a 2024 quote claiming Milwaukee's coach would start taking coaching seriously. The team then won nine of its next ten games. The post was a joke, not an actual statement or an explanation for the wins.
The joke came first;
the victories followed.
