Psychology written in secretSourced
When the field was suppressed, a psychologist secretly wrote a vast manuscript.
Chinese psychologist Pan Shu continued writing during the Cultural Revolution, when psychology research was repressed. He compiled a draft of roughly 500,000 Chinese characters. The work was published in 1984 after the field reopened.
The manuscript outlasted the ban on his field.
